XS (12 inches / 30.5 cm) 24 inch waist equivalent

S (13 inches / 33 cm) 26 inch waist equivalent

M (14 inches / 35.5 cm) 28 inch waist equivalent

L (15 inches / 38 cm) 30 inch waist equivalent

The waistband of all of the bloomers has a 3 inch (7.5 cm) stretch.

The length of the bloomers from the top to bottom in all sizes is 9.5 inches (24 cm).

If you are in between sizes, we recommend you size up.
